Julia Gundlach Did me up gooood! She took her time to really clarify and help me see the vision for my hair! She got me back to the honey/gold highlights and ribbons that really brought my hair back to life. Definitely check this salon out!

Julia did an amazing job! As a Black woman with full, thick, natural hair, I was so impressed by how determined and gentle she was throughout the process. She took her time, handled my hair with so much care, and made sure I was comfortable even with me telling her I was not tender-headed. My hair came out softer than it’s ever been, and the products she used smelled absolutely amazing. I truly appreciate the patience and grace she showed. Highly recommend!

This salon is amazing!! I needed a MAJOR change. Kathryn made me feel so comfortable and relaxed and, according to my friends, my hair is the best hair I’ve ever had! They all immediately asked me the name of this salon so they can get in, too! I’ve heard about this place from others who have had Julia and Amber and other stylists, as well! Only amazing things coming out of Two Zero Eight!

I recently went in for my second visit with Julia as my stylist, and it’s safe to say she’s done an excellent job both times! As someone who’s always struggled with anxiety when getting haircuts, she made me feel comfortable and styled my hair in a way that really fits me. Before going to Two Zero Eight, I used box dye on my hair for about 20 years. As I've gotten older, more grays have started coming in and I could no longer get the results I wanted doing it myself. The color would come out too light on top, sometimes orange. I would end up having to go much darker, which didn't look the best on me. When I walked into Two Zero Eight and met Julia a year and a half ago, my hair was 3 different colors. There was about 6 months of new growth and gray on top, about 4 inches of a dark color, and 6 inches of another dark color with pretty clear lines where each color stopped and started. It was bad. I had no idea what I wanted my hair to look like or what to even ask for. I just knew I needed help. I'm pretty sure Julia spent 5 hours on my hair that night and when it was done, I felt like a brand new woman. Since then, I've continued to book with Julia every 8-10 weeks. Appointments are down to about 2 1/2 hours for a partial highlight, toner, wash, cut, blow dry, and curl. I couldn't be happier with the results! Julia is pure magic and she's stuck with me as a client as long as she'll have me! I feel pretty every time I leave the salon and often get compliments on my hair. Julia is kind, gentle with my head and hair, and she really cares about doing a great job. I appreciate her a ton! She does incredible work!

Julia did such a wonderful job. She was very informative and helpful when it came to achieving my hair goals. I came in with faded, semi-permanent dye and wanting to go back to my natural color, with a soft shag. She did EXACTLY that. I can tell that she cares about her craft and how diligent and attentive she was with my hair. With my new haircut, I feel like myself again truly. I found my new go to salon/hairstylist. Thanks a bunch Julia! :)
